What is vaping and is it safe?
Vaping is widely seen as a safer alternative than smoking traditional cigarettes.

What are Shortfill E-liquids?
Shortfill E-liquids are underfilled bottles of E-liquid that do not contain nicotine. They are designed to allow room for nicotine shots to be added or can be used without nicotine. Shortfills are perfect for users who want more control over their nicotine dosage.
What is TPD?
The Tobacco Products Directive, or TPD, is a European directive which regulates the sale and merchandising of E-cigarette products. How can you have 36mg/ml Nicotine strength?
You may find some E-liquids say 20mg/ml Nicotine on one part of the label and then 36mg/ml elsewhere! This can be confusing but it’s all to do with the chemical difference between Nicotine Salt and Freebase Nicotine.
Both figures are correct because 36mg/ml of Nicotine Salt is equivalent to 20mg/ml of Freebase Nicotine. These products comply with the TPD nicotine regulations while simultaneously providing an effective nicotine hit.

What nicotine strength should I be using?
Depending on how heavy a smoker you are, this will determine the nicotine strength you should be using. Here’s a general guide:
Heavy Smoker
If you’re currently smoking over 20 a day, you’ll need a high strength nicotine dosage to start things off. Take a look at our Nic Nic Shortfill range for high intensity Nicotine Shots at 20mg/ml available in a range of classic flavours.
