HOW CAN WE HELP?

Top Frequently asked questions

Vaping is widely seen as a safer alternative than smoking traditional cigarettes.

It requires two fundamental elements: a vaping device and a compatible E-liquid. The vaping device, or E-cigarette, essentially vaporises the E-liquid to produce a vapour which is then inhaled and exhaled by the user.

In 2015, Public Health England found that vaping is 95% safer than smoking cigarettes.

At My Vapery, we focus on premium products that are tried and tested by thousands of users every day. We are fully compliant to all TPD regulations and our Responsible Vaping campaign sets the standard for product safety and quality management.

Over 41 million people worldwide have made the switch from tobacco through the use of vaping devices.

As confirmed by many independent organisations, including Public Health England and the NHS, vaping reputable E-liquids is significantly less harmful than smoking.

Flexible nicotine strengths allow you to retain an effective nicotine dosage without all the harmful chemicals associated with smoking.

Our E-liquid products are made using Vegetable Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, flavourings and nicotine – nothing else. What’s more, all of our E-liquids are manufactured in the UK and we follow strict regulations to ensure the quality of our products.

Many vapers are turning to Nicotine Salts as an alternative to traditional Freebase Nicotine E-liquids. Nicotine Salts are found naturally in tobacco leaves and produce a perfectly smooth vaping experience with minimal throat irritation.

The nicotine is also absorbed faster and remains in your system for longer, providing a more intense level of satisfaction than freebase nicotine. For this reason, vapers are able to reduce their nicotine strength and still enjoy an effective nicotine hit.

CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring extract derived from the Cannabis plant. CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t produce a ‘high effect’ and is trending as a key ingredient in many natural creams, drops and E-liquids.

A growing body of academic research into the uses of CBD suggests that it may help alleviate the symptoms of pain, anxiety and insomnia. However, this field of study remains ongoing and there is no conclusive evidence proving these claims.

Product Information

Shortfill E-liquids are underfilled bottles of E-liquid that do not contain nicotine. They are designed to allow room for nicotine shots to be added or can be used without nicotine. Shortfills are perfect for users who want more control over their nicotine dosage.

The Tobacco Products Directive, or TPD, is a European directive which regulates the sale and merchandising of E-cigarette products. The TPD ensures vaping companies in the UK and EU implement the highest safety and quality standards for their customers.

You may find some E-liquids say 20mg/ml Nicotine on one part of the label and then 36mg/ml elsewhere! This can be confusing but it’s all to do with the chemical difference between Nicotine Salt and Freebase Nicotine.

Both figures are correct because 36mg/ml of Nicotine Salt is equivalent to 20mg/ml of Freebase Nicotine. These products comply with the TPD nicotine regulations while simultaneously providing an effective nicotine hit.

Flexible nicotine strengths allow you to retain an effective nicotine dosage without all the harmful chemicals associated with smoking.

Depending on how heavy a smoker you are, this will determine the nicotine strength you should be using. Here’s a general guide:

Heavy Smoker
If you’re currently smoking over 20 a day, you’ll need a high strength nicotine dosage to start things off. Take a look at our Nic Nic Shortfill range for high intensity Nicotine Shots at 20mg/ml available in a range of classic flavours.

Medium Smoker For you medium smokers on 10 to 20 cigarettes a day, we recommend trying a Nicotine strength between 12-18mg/ml. We’ve developed an exciting list of Shortfill brand options you can choose from with a huge range of flavours.

Light Smoker
We recommend that lighter smokers on less than 10 cigarettes a day should consider using low intensity nicotine-based E-liquids. Check out our premium Vape:50 range with a selection of 18 delicious flavours to choose from, offering a low intensity 6mg/ml of nicotine.

Yes, nicotine is categorised by NHS England as a ‘highly addictive’ substance. Nicotine cravings can be very strong and remains the primary reason why people carry on smoking cigarettes.

Our nicotine-based E-liquids have varying levels of nicotine specifically designed to help smokers gradually quit at their own pace. Vapers have the flexibility to lower their nicotine strength over time and, ultimately, cut nicotine out completely.

CBD Customer FAQs

What is CBD?

CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is a naturally occurring extract derived from the Hemp plant and is a trending ingredient in many natural creams, drops and E-liquids.

No, CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t produce a ‘high effect’. The intoxicating effects associated with cannabis are produced by another cannabidiol called THC.

Both compounds interact with your body’s endocannabinoid system, but they have very different effects. A distinctive atomic arrangement causes THC to have psychoactive properties, whereas CBD behaves differently and has no negative side effects.

Product Information

We only use CBD Isolate in our CBD Go. CBD Isolate is the purest form of naturally occurring CBD, containing up to 99.9%.

We use Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerine as a base for our CBD Go range. These two compounds produce a superior vape which is far safer than vaping oils as solvents.

We only use high quality, certified CBD Isolate in our CBD Drops. Combining the two forms increases the efficiency of CBD in your endocannabinoid system, without any harmful side effects.

Yes, our CBD Drops also contain Terpenes. Terpenes are naturally present alongside CBD before extraction from the Hemp plant. We add them back in after extraction to ensure you get the best results.

We recommend that you use 2-3 drops (750mg) up to twice a day, or 1-2 drops (1500mg) up to twice a day. Do not exceed 70mg of CBD intake in any 24-hour period.

We use a range of natural ingredients your skin will love, like Shea butter, Coconut oil and sweet almond oil. The Creams & Balms range contains CBD Isolate. Isolate is the purest form of naturally occurring CBD, containing up to 99.9%.

Every individual’s CBD requirement is different. However, we suggest you use CBD Creams & Balms for at least a couple of weeks.

Yes, we use Eucalyptus oil along with a CBD Isolate base in our Muscle Rub. Eucalyptus essential oil is distilled from the leaves of the Eucalyptus Tree and has natural clarifying properties.

Safety Information

Yes, all our products are tested, and the results are recorded. We test every batch of CBD that we produce to ensure you get the highest quality and right amount of CBD.

The recommended dosage of CBD really depends on a few factors such as age, gender, weight and the reason you are using the CBD product. We recommend that you start off at a lower strength and work your way up.

If you are taking medication for blood pressure and/or diabetes, or you have heart disease, please contact your doctor before you use CBD. The reason being is that CBD can potentially increase the level of anti-diabetes and anti-hypertensive medicines in your blood stream.
