DELIVERY INFORMATION 

We are currently offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £30.  ( UK Only) 

We are currently unable to ship to EU and USA.

For orders under £30 we charge the following rates (incl VAT):

• £4.99 – Great Britain Standard Tracked Delivery (Aims to deliver next working day*)
• £8.55 – UK Sat Delivery (Only orders from Thur 2pm - Friday 2pm*)
• £21 – British Channel Islands

We use DPD for our UK deliveries and aim to dispatch same-day for next-day delivery, however next-day delivery is not guaranteed. Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time).

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. We try our best to accommodate and be as flexible as possible, please email us if you have any specific requirements at sales@myvapery.com.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Upgrade to special delivery for a flat fee of £8.55 for guaranteed next day delivery, or if you require a Saturday delivery (for orders placed Thur after 2pm or Fri).

All orders are delivered via DPD and may require someone to be at home for delivery. On your delivery day, DPD will contact you before 11am with a delivery slot and provide you with alternative options should you not be available for delivery. Orders placed before 2pm are estimated to be delivered next-working day however we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. All delivery timescales are approximate and can be subject to change.

Insurance – PLEASE READ

All our delivery services are insured up to the value of £50. We recommend choosing the Special Delivery option for all orders over £50 as this covers goods up to £500 and is guaranteed next day delivery. We can only refund / replace goods up to the value of £50 if the Standard Tracked Delivery for option is chosen.
